15 years ago, I was working fulltime as a university lecturer. I dreamed of starting my own business, devoting more time to my young daughter, and do more physical activity, but who had the time? I was exhausted. Flashforward 15 years and now:
- I am the co-founder of SSAA with almost 250,000 students and dozens of courses
- I teach seminars offline
- I attend at least one seminar abroad per month
- I do consultancy
- I have ample time to devote to my wife and daughter
- I run marathons (which requires so much training)
- I picked up tennis
- I read at least 2 books per week
How is that possible? 15 years ago, I would just collapse at 21:30 from sheer exhaustion due to my job. I often wonder how I now can do more. Looking back, it was not just one thing. I realize that I gradually “created” time by many little actions, many little “tricks.” I estimate that all of these little actions combined, created an extra 5-6 hours per day for and that is how I manage to do so much more than 15 years ago.
In this course, we share some of these tips with you. These are very practical tips about time management. These are not generic “open door” tips like: “maintain discipline.” These are proven tips that opened an extra 5-6 hours per day for us.
