Salesforce Claudeforce & Headless 360: MCP & AI Agents, Connect Agentforce, Apex, Flows, Prompt Templates & Data 360 to Claudeforce and ChatGPT via MCP, plus MuleSoft & Cursor.
Description
Salesforce is going headless. With Headless 360 and the Model Context Protocol (MCP), your Salesforce data, business logic, and Agentforce agents are no longer locked inside the Salesforce UI. They can now be used directly from AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT, and from AI coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor.
This course is a practical, hands-on guide to building that future. Instead of only explaining the concepts, you will connect a real Salesforce org to Claude and ChatGPT and build working integrations step by step.
What makes this course different
Most Headless 360 courses stop at connecting an AI assistant to Salesforce. This course goes further. You’ll expose your own Apex, Flows, Named Queries, Agentforce agents, Prompt Templates, and Data 360 data as MCP tools. You’ll secure them behind a MuleSoft gateway, test every integration in Postman, and use Claude Code to build Salesforce solutions from VS Code.
What you’ll build, section by section
You start with the foundations: what Headless 360 is, how MCP differs from traditional HTTP APIs, and how data security works when AI accesses your org.
Next, you connect Salesforce to Claude and ChatGPT. You’ll configure an External Client App, perform CRUD operations from Claude, and learn how to fix common connection issues.
Then you extend Claude with custom MCP tools. You’ll run Apex actions, trigger Flows, and call Named Query APIs directly from Claude and ChatGPT.
You’ll build Agentforce Sales and Service Agents, including a real customer shopping assistant use case, and expose them to Claude and ChatGPT.
You’ll bring Prompt Templates into Claude, both as tools and as reusable prompts.
You’ll set up Data 360, configure data streams, DLOs and DMOs, and query both structured and unstructured (RAG) data from Claude.
You’ll put a MuleSoft gateway in front of your Salesforce MCP server and enforce policies, which is how you would secure MCP in a real enterprise.
Finally, you’ll use Claude Code and Cursor with Salesforce MCP to generate Apex and work with org-aware AI development.
Who this course is for
This course is for Salesforce Developers, Admins, Architects, and Consultants who want to stay ahead of the shift to AI-driven, headless Salesforce. It’s also for AI engineers who need to integrate Claude or ChatGPT with Salesforce.
By the end, you’ll know how to make any Salesforce capability available to AI assistants securely and in a way that works for real business use cases.
Requirements
- A basic understanding of the Salesforce platform (objects, records, and Setup)
- Basic familiarity with Flows and Apex is helpful but not required
- A free Salesforce Developer or Agentforce-enabled org (setup is covered in the course)
- A Claude account; a ChatGPT account is optional (account setup is covered)
Who this course is for:
- Salesforce developers who want to connect Salesforce to AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Claude Code using MCP
- Salesforce admins who want to understand how AI agents access org data, and how sharing, FLS and object permissions keep it secure
- Salesforce architects designing AI integrations who need to understand MCP servers, External Client Apps and middleware like MuleSoft
- Agentforce builders who want to expose their agents, Prompt Templates and Flows to external AI assistants
