What is the aim of this course?

Consulting firms are hired very often to help improve Service Businesses that operate in the B2B segment. Those projects are extremely interesting, yet pretty difficult. Quite often, you not only have to increase profits or scale, but also to improve the customer service. Why have I decided to create this course?

As the Service Businesses become bigger, they are more likely to hire consultants to help them develop their business. Unfortunately, not that many consulting firms have experience in Service Businesses. On top of that, many service businesses used to be production businesses or internal departments in big conglomerates. Most firms don’t give you the full toolbox that you need to analyze fast and efficiently B2B Service Businesses. This may lead to huge frustration during such projects.

  • Sales Funnels in B2B Services. In this section, I will explain the so-called funnel analysis, and we will see how you can use it to improve the B2B Service Businesses.
  • Sales Forecasting Case Studies. In the fourth section, you will see, based on 2 case studies, how you can create simple forecast models.
  • Case Studies in B2B Services. In the last section, we will look at other topics, not related to sales analysis. You will learn how to lower labor costs, reduce cash gap, estimate the impact of improving the speed of the service, and much more.
